The European Legal Network on Asylum (ELENA) now publishes a Weekly Legal Update on the ECRE website every Friday. It is also possible to read it through ECRE’s Twitter and Facebook pages or subscribe to the Weekly Legal Update and receive it via email.
The purpose of the ELENA Weekly Legal Update is to inform asylum lawyers, academics and legal organizations supporting asylum seekers and refugees about recent developments in the field of asylum law. It covers asylum-related judgments of the European Courts and domestic case law, as well as other asylum legal news from across Europe. Relevant training courses, calls for papers, and other important announcements aimed at legal practitioners are also advertised.
