Ministers must ensure respect for the right to seek asylum in Europe

At a time when the Italian authorities are breaching their human rights commitments by deporting migrants to Libya without an assessment of their need for protection ECRE is issuing a press release to appeal to the European governments to ensure respect for the right to seek asylum in Europe.
