| ECRE is led by its membership who elect an Executive Committee to oversee the secretariat and contribute to its work. ECRE employs 19 members of staff who receive invaluable support from interns who are recruited every six months. There are normally 5 - 10 interns, volunteers and work experience students employed at the secretariat. ECRE's staff all contribute to the advocacy aims of the organisation. The work of the secretariat is split into the following areas: policy and advocacy, information and communications, capacity building and internal operations. |
